Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because The Art of Story is a small-cohort program limited to 15 seats, a confirmed registration reserves a place that cannot easily be re-sold close to the program dates. The following terms apply to the 2026 cohort.

Cancellation by you

• On or before September 1, 2026: full refund of fees paid.
• September 2 – September 15, 2026: 50% refund of fees paid.
• On or after September 16, 2026: non-refundable.

Transfers

Registrations are non-transferable. A confirmed seat cannot be transferred to a future cohort or to another person.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel or reschedule the cohort, you will receive a full refund of fees paid.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
